Ride New Orleans is organizing a focus group composed of Westbank bus riders to gain a better sense of the transit improvements needed throughout these neighborhoods. Transit riders from Algiers all the way to English Turn account for a significant portion of our city's daily ridership. Through this focus group, we will be able to gain a better sense of the meaningful issues that riders want fixed to improve their ridership experience. Whether these issues are bus stop infrastructures, route efficiency, or bolder ideas to improve transit, we encourage you to join us for a thoughtful idea session. Participants in the focus group will enjoy a meal paid for by Ride New Orleans.
